Review: After hours of watching action genres, I’ve come to conclusion the best time to learn a person’s deepest, darkest thoughts and feelings is during highly stressful situations preferably the life or death type. Often, little prompting is required. It’s very common to have “heart to hearts” or “moments” during these times. It’s an amazing phenomenon that allows perfect strangers or people suffering from severe personality friction to “connect”.

Battle 10 Run Kenichi! A Boxer’s Weakness

Summary: Ukita is livid. He doesn’t understand how Kenichi can evade them for so long without getting caught in their small school. The humiliation he suffers each day infuriates him and, to make matters worse, their failure lowers their rank and reputation in Ragnarok too. Takeda’s lack of enthusiasm doesn’t help matters but it turns out he has a plan. Takeda’s “mission impossible”: hold Kenichi’s friends hostage and force him to reveal himself.

Summary: Apachai struggles to lesson his lethal Muay Thai techniques for Kenichi who’s counting on him for an impending match with Takeda, a professional level boxer according to Niijima’s data. To everyone’s horror, it proves difficult for Apachai who fatally strikes Kenichi during practice. While Kenichi is clinging to dear life at Ryouzanpaku, tempers flare amongst members at Ragnarok’s base as signs of dissention fissure Ragnarok’s upper ranks.

Battle 8 Amazing Muscles! The Sensei’s Secret

Summary: Kenichi ends up bruising his male ego and losing a good chunk of his dignity during a skirmish with Ragnarok flunkies. The situation turned dangerous when one, Furukawa, pulled out a knife. Kenichi froze on the spot and didn’t know what to do. Luckily Miu saved him after easily wasting all her opponents. To complete Kenichi’s humilation, not only was he saved by a girl and unable to defeat a single opponent, he drops his pants in front of her too. The terrifying result is Shigure will train him so he can overcome his fear of weapons.
